Requirements

  • Tertiary equivalent with Marketing or Communications as a major preferred
  • Certification in CRM or automation tools
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing Automation role
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Adobe Campaign Classic
  • Experience creating automation journeys, including those with dynamic content
  • Strong understanding of automation principles, workflow design, and data integration
  • Understanding of SQL and JavaScript
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage automated processes within the CRM system
  • Manage automated campaigns within marketing automation platforms
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Adhere to all relevant processes
  • Execute personalized multi-channel campaigns from build to testing and deployment
  • Manage automated campaigns
  • Implement testing and optimization strategies
  • Troubleshoot issues with daily automations, data complexities, and those identified during campaign build and testing
  • Ensure accurate, timely execution of all campaigns with a high level of responsiveness to internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships and foster cross collaboration across other relevant business units, functional areas, and external vendors
  • Own, lead, and champion process improvements and team collaboration to maximize efficient use of resources
  • Ensure all deadlines are managed and met
