Senior Marketing Operations Manager

The ideal candidate should possess 2-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua, a familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce (preferred), strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends, and a solid understanding of the full lead lifecycle. Experience working closely with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams is also required, along with comfort navigating various marketing and sales tools and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will own and operate the marketing automation platform (Hubspot), build, test, and launch automated campaigns across email, web, and more, create lead nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies, collaborate with various teams to align messaging and goals, track performance metrics, run A/B tests, optimize campaigns based on data, build reports and dashboards, ensure CRM (Salesforce) data is synchronized, maintain compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), continuously optimize workflows to improve engagement and ROI, provide training and support, and work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and RevOps team on implementing new tools.
