The Marketing Automation Specialist will oversee marketing automation processes, suggest improvements focused on lead conversion, document and enhance decision-making for the Growth team, optimize user-to-user conversion rates for automated campaigns, maintain communication between marketing and sales teams, support Brand and Growth KPIs through collaboration, ensure CRM strategies and tools are fully integrated, create and analyze campaign reports, manage data selection and segmentation, measure and optimize email campaign results, and collaborate with content and design teams to improve email campaign effectiveness.
