Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field, particularly in marketing and sales data analytics
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, capable of developing insightful and interactive dashboards (preferred)
  • Proficient in programming languages like SQL, DAX, Power Query M, Python, Pyspark, or R, and skilled in data querying, manipulation, and analysis (preferred)
  • Experience working with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, or Databricks, and extracting data from different sources such as Google Ads or Adobe Analytics (preferred)
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at converting intricate data into practical insights and suggestions
  • Proficient at balancing multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight timelines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, pipeline performance, and customer insights
  • Extract and transform data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and analyses
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, conducting return on investment analysis and attribution modeling to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze sales pipeline data to track business metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights that drive sales operation efficiency and pipeline growth
