Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with self-awareness and a strong client-facing presence are required, along with a passion for fitness, health, and wellness, and being a Marketing Guru with ear to the ground on the latest digital marketing trends and tactics.
This role involves consulting Xplor Growth Satellite (STL) Customers on their marketing, sales, and customer journey strategy, providing excellent and strategic guidance by proactively consulting them on their customer journey communications, delivering ideas and strategies to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption, supporting in building a consultative high-touch product, efficiently launching and implementing services with accountability, following Standard Operating Procedures, addressing client needs, improving service quality, and operating in a fast-paced environment to drive customer success and generate revenue.
