Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or lifecycle marketing, and a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles. Experience in the technology industry, particularly within the safety or IoT sectors, is highly desirable.
The Customer Marketing & Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for building and scaling customer marketing, partner communications, and advocacy programs at RapidSOS, developing customer stories and partner business impact, supporting expansion, and creating experiences that strengthen loyalty and product adoption. They will also collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product marketing, demand generation, and PR/Comms to execute these programs, including capturing first-customer wins, running partner newsletters, and developing integrated co-marketing programs.

RapidSOS provides an intelligent safety platform that connects individuals in emergencies with emergency services by gathering critical data from connected devices, apps, and sensors. This data is verified using artificial intelligence and securely transmitted to safety agents and first responders. The company partners with device manufacturers and public safety agencies to integrate its technology, allowing for real-time data sharing during crises. RapidSOS aims to modernize the 911 system, making emergency responses more efficient and effective.
