Experience in label manufacturing (strong advantage)
Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

Develop timelines and assign deliverables to team members, including themselves
Report on team’s progress
Implement and execute daily tasks within the department
Coordinate daily operations and production activities in assigned area
Assign deliverables, track progress, and contribute as a hands-on operator
Act as liaison between Manufacturing Manager and machine operators for clear communication and execution of production targets
Lead and participate in execution of daily production tasks
Operate and support key manufacturing equipment (web coding, lamination, sledding, web converting machinery)
Serve as hands-on operator while supervising and coordinating team efforts
Schedule team activities in line with production planning requirements
Supervise and support team members in day-to-day operations
Step in for Supervisor or Manager during absences or off-hours
Provide backup coverage for team members when required
Assemble product components to meet quality and production targets
Monitor and report on production performance and team metrics
Identify training needs and provide coaching and upskilling opportunities
Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements
