Manufacturing Operations Manager at Etched.ai

This is an onsite position requiring presence at the office and contract manufacturers, including real-time issue resolution on-site.

Candidates need 8+ years in hardware manufacturing operations or OPM roles, hands-on familiarity with SMT, server integration, or datacenter hardware bring-up, proven ability to manage factory output, strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills, and working knowledge of BOMs, MRP/ERP systems, yield analysis, and change control.
