Responsibilities
The Manual Verification Specialist will perform manual verifications of credentials for EverCheck Clients, conduct Public Records requests when assigned, prioritize credential verification based on urgency, communicate with Client Success Managers as needed, stay educated about changes to verification policies, and perform weekly audits of MV history. They will also contribute to continually faster turnaround times and adhere to the scheduled work hours.
