They should be proficient in managing daily client interactions, coordinating support, and ensuring seamless execution of contracted services, with a focus on multi-year renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within the financial services and related sectors. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to guide clients through the assessment, purchase, and implementation of Experian solutions.
The Client Success Manager will manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption, use, and growth of Experian's products and services, support clients' strategic plans, educate clients on the latest products and services, partner with a team of subject matter experts, communicate with clients through regular status calls, manage the sales pipeline and revenue tracking, negotiate complex client contracts, define strategic account plans, research client organizations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to structure operational and strategic plans.
