Requirements

Responsibilities

The Client Success Manager will manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption, use, and growth of Experian's products and services, support clients' strategic plans, educate clients on the latest products and services, partner with a team of subject matter experts, communicate with clients through regular status calls, manage the sales pipeline and revenue tracking, negotiate complex client contracts, define strategic account plans, research client organizations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to structure operational and strategic plans.
