Experience in Visual Merchandising (VMD) for stores and online, and content direction experience
Project management experience and high communication skills
Ability to think and act proactively with leadership to achieve business goals
Ability to communicate smoothly and effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Native-level Japanese
(Preferred) Experience using English for business communication

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement Visual Merchandising Strategy based on Disney Store's business growth strategy
Plan store presentations aligned with store and seasonal plans, including product layout planning
Plan Visual Presentations to maximize sales power at product launches
Plan production of in-store promotional materials
Create and deploy VMD guidelines for each store
Direct online sites to maximize sales power at product launches, plan and produce special feature pages
Produce product detail pages, site content, and product images
Create and manage annual/monthly content production calendars
Plan and operate outsourcing for optimizing Visual Presentations on the site
Build strong organizations and teams to achieve business goals, with responsibility for individual development
Set annual goals for all team members, conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and make proposals for performance improvement through regular and appropriate performance management
