Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience as a corporate travel manager or similar role within the T&E industry, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English. They should have in-depth knowledge of global travel programs, international travel regulations, customs, and currencies, along with familiarity with T&E reporting, processing, and compliance requirements. Experience with GDS solutions and other travel management technologies is also required.
The Travel and Expense Manager will establish and continually improve strategic travel and expense policies, oversee global corporate travel programs leveraging innovative technologies, ensure traveler adherence to policies and mitigate risks, manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts, oversee expense tracking and processing, manage the travel credit card program, assist colleagues with travel needs, exemplify professionalism, stay informed on industry trends, identify T&E trends and drive improvements, deliver monthly updates to leadership, and serve as a subject matter expert on international travel requirements.
