Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, ideally within the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, POS technologies, and vendor development lifecycles
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating operational processes and reporting tools in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment
  • Experience working in a heavily franchised environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance, reliability, and support of the restaurant’s payment infrastructure
  • Manage integrations and troubleshooting across Verifone Gateway, VHQ, and Fiserv processor
  • Partner with IT, operations, and vendors to ensure compliance, uptime, and rapid issue resolution
  • Serve as the primary liaison for intake and prioritization of POS development requests
  • Collaborate with restaurant operations, brand teams, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and timelines
  • Track and manage development workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals
  • Design and implement scalable processes for development intake, tracking, and vendor communication
  • Build reporting frameworks to provide visibility into development progress, vendor performance, and issue resolution
  • Present regular updates to brand stakeholders, translating technical progress into business impact
