Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide the team in daily operations and client interactions, including attending client calls and serving as the primary escalation point
  • Act as a trusted professional resource for the team and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and post-sales engagements
  • Engage directly with clients by presenting and explaining technology, integrations, IT and security architecture, and addressing formal questionnaires (e.g., Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluations)
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to identify, address, and mitigate potential issues and risks
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges unique to their environment and requirements
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize sales and engineering processes through improved tools, methodologies, and operational practices
  • Create clear, high-quality documentation, whitepapers, and supporting materials for internal and client use
  • Build, train, mentor, and develop new team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability
  • Drive the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications, enabling and configuring systems integration for large enterprise clients
