Candidates must possess 6+ years of customer-facing experience, 2+ years of technical people leadership experience, an understanding of technical challenges, strong customer-facing skills, detail-orientedness, and strong communication skills. Logistics and supply chain experience is preferred, but not required, and familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and exception-based reporting is also desired.
The Manager, TAM will grow and maintain the charter and vision of the Technical Account Management team, prioritize and monitor team activity to ensure timely delivery of customer requests, manage day-to-day activities including capacity planning and staffing, conduct performance reviews and professional development conversations, assist the team in understanding complex requests, partner with Customer Success to identify and deliver product best practices, collaborate with peers across various departments, and recruit team members.
