  • Proven experience in employer branding and pipelining strategies
  • Multinational matrix experience, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures (essential)
  • In-house Talent Acquisition (TA) experience (essential; do not apply without it)
  • High emotional integrity and intelligence
  • Ability to measure and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness using actionable data and benchmarks
  • Experience in business process management, including mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks
  • Strong influencing skills, able to impact decisions and build commitment across teams
  • Customer and market focus, with a track record of delivering superior value and adapting to changing needs
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to motivate others
  • Expertise in managing multiple Talent Acquisition channels and evaluating their effectiveness
  • Advanced knowledge of staffing and Talent Acquisition standards, with experience resolving complex challenges
  • Working knowledge of workforce analytics and HR trends, with the ability to generate insightful reports
  • Based onsite in Dubai office 5 days per week
  • Occasional travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Direct, motivate, and develop a diverse team across the EAME region of Talent Acquisition Partners, supporting their growth and maximizing individual contributions
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and implement pipelining strategies to build strong talent pools
  • Manage and continuously improve Talent Acquisition programs, including sourcing and selection processes
  • Develop and implement best practices that align with organizational goals and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with management to understand and anticipate workforce needs, providing expert advice and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and adoption of leading Talent Acquisition practices
