Responsibilities

Oversee distribution of Employer Brand, Social Media (internal and external), Diversity Efforts, and overall candidate experience
Partner internally with various functions to execute on talent acquisition objectives
Manage Arrow’s external talent acquisition vendors
Serve as a thought leader for Applicant Tracking System (ATS), processes, and design
Manage talent acquisition vendor partnerships and content to align with the Employer Brand
Develop processes and process improvements to support an efficient talent acquisition lifecycle
Communicate functional efforts/wins/successes in partnership with HR Director, Talent Acquisition
Liaise with the business on reporting needs
Oversee Arrow’s background screening vendor to eliminate roadblocks and ensure a positive candidate experience
