Responsibilities

  • Oversee distribution of Employer Brand, Social Media (internal and external), Diversity Efforts, and overall candidate experience
  • Partner internally with various functions to execute on talent acquisition objectives
  • Manage Arrow’s external talent acquisition vendors
  • Serve as a thought leader for Applicant Tracking System (ATS), processes, and design
  • Manage talent acquisition vendor partnerships and content to align with the Employer Brand
  • Develop processes and process improvements to support an efficient talent acquisition lifecycle
  • Communicate functional efforts/wins/successes in partnership with HR Director, Talent Acquisition
  • Liaise with the business on reporting needs
  • Oversee Arrow’s background screening vendor to eliminate roadblocks and ensure a positive candidate experience
