Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within the cybersecurity space, with an additional 1-2 years of experience in a people leadership role with proven success developing and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the security landscape and key stakeholder needs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage executives and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and refining sales methodologies
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset, with experience using data to inform strategy and drive results
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other sales platforms
  • Experience managing sales processes, creating structure, and improving team efficiency in fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: Personal or professional experience with 1Password or similar password managers

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sr. Manager of SMB Sales to build and execute a strategic plan aligned with 1Password’s business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, world-class sales team focused on driving new business growth within the SMB segment
  • Drive predictable pipeline creation through a mix of inbound and outbound programs in partnership with Marketing and Sales Development
  • Manage daily sales operations, ensuring accuracy in pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to optimize lead flow, conversion rates, and customer experience
  • Implement scalable sales methodologies to ensure effective deal qualification, progression, and closure
  • Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and development to empower team success and career growth
  • Analyze performance metrics, surface insights, and drive data-informed decisions to improve team effectiveness
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training processes to support team expansion and performance excellence
