Responsibilities

  • Develop Enablement Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap aligned with go-to-market goals, product launches, and electrification sales milestones
  • Training & Onboarding: Create and deliver training programs for new and existing sales reps on product knowledge, EV technology, competitive positioning, and sales process best practices
  • Sales Content Management: Own the creation and organization of pitch decks, case studies, product one-pagers, and proposal templates to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all sales channels
  • CRM Optimization: Refine CRM workflows (e.g., HubSpot) for lead tracking, forecasting accuracy, and reporting
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights from field feedback, customer interactions, and competitors to refine messaging and influence product development
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align sales resources with new product introductions, demos, and technical updates
  • Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for sales readiness, adoption of enablement materials, and ROI on training initiatives
