Responsibilities

  • Identify bottlenecks and make recommendations for process improvements in outbound sales performance
  • Refine sales development strategy, set clear focus areas, experiment with outreach strategies, and build market familiarity within a new territory model
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and business operations to hit ambitious targets, test new ideas, and shape company growth
  • Attract and hire Sales Development Representatives to scale the team
