The salary range is $150K - $200K.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office if you live within a reasonable commute to our New York City or San Francisco offices. Otherwise, for roles listed as remote or in other cities without an office, there is no hybrid requirement, with some travel for offsites.
The role requires experience leading and coaching Sales Development Representatives through 1:1s, refining outbound strategy, partnering with sales leadership, and navigating a geographic go-to-market model with experimentation in outreach.
You'll lead a team of Sales Development Representatives at the front of Miter’s growth engine, collaborating closely with Sales and Business Operations in a fast-paced environment that values side-by-side work, flexibility, and building strong relationships through hybrid office presence and offsites.
