Requirements

University graduate with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
Experience in advertising agencies dealing with FMCG clients is highly preferred
Excellent negotiation and project management skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
A good team player who can work independently with internal and external clients
Assertive, detail-minded, innovative and strive for excellence
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date business profiles of different stakeholders within assigned clients and share these profiles periodically to senior management
Undertake sales activities in partnership with senior staff through preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced to match continually evolving client expectations
Drive client satisfaction by providing actionable insights and recommendations appropriate and relevant to the client
Identify and recommend enhancements and value added solutions that answer clients’ needs
Expand NielsenIQ’s scope of influence across a wider range and through deeper involvement in clients’ business requirements
Ensure timely and precise reporting that meet clients’ specifications as well internal quality standards
Work closely with Customer Success team to achieve accuracy and consistency of deliverables
Achieve revenue, profitability, quality targets as assigned and according to budget
Contribute to overall team plan by generating revenue and/or cost-savings
Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs
Promote inter-departmental communications and teamwork
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, internal software and value added solutions
