Responsibilities

Manage and support the strategic direction to data, access, and reporting for the Corporate Analytics & Reporting team
Provide strategic analysis, metrics, and reporting to Corporate and Property Information Technology departments
Perform analysis and evaluate performance of key IT operating metrics and expenses (e.g., headcount, payroll, maintenance contracts, project delivery, assets)
Consult with data management teams to assess company’s data storage needs
Present warehousing options based on storage needs
Collaborate with BI developers, DBA, researchers, and IT to enhance projects/data structures and resolve issues
Act as subject matter expert for ETL architecture for the EDW
Work with Agile team to document and execute test plans for data loading and validation scripts
Design and code data warehousing system to company specifications
Conduct preliminary testing of warehousing environment before data extraction
Extract company data and transfer it into the new warehousing environment
Test the new storage system after data transfer
Troubleshoot issues in the warehousing environment
Provide maintenance support
Create and adhere to standard operating procedures and standards for data and web application activities
Analyze customer requirements and create web-based applications in Azure
Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and technical design
Develop client displays and user interfaces
Create, deploy, configure, and scale applications on Azure PaaS
Design, develop, and support Cloud-Native applications and API development using .NET, .NET Core, and Containers
Develop workflow solutions to simplify processes and remove manual dependencies
Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
Use and adapt existing web applications
Create and test software prototypes
Create and maintain analysis and reporting
Collect and adhere to business requirements for reporting deliverables
Extract, transform, and create connections to various data sources for Business Intelligence
Develop multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards
Understand business requirements and data models while managing sources
Convert existing reporting to automated dashboards
Analyze operational data and monitor key operations metrics
Manage the governance process around key operations metrics
Provide recommendations on process improvements
Develop and maintain monthly dashboards of key operational performance indicators from multiple sources
Communicate results to leadership
Perform other related duties as assigned
