Responsibilities

  • Oversee the PMO, ensuring governance standards are met
  • Lead the implementation of the Service Management Practices Framework across functions
  • Ensure all functional teams are trained and compliant with SMP guidelines
  • Own projects at the Center level (planning, execution, monitoring, status reporting, improvements, closing)
  • Establish and maintain project governance framework, ensuring proper documentation at the center level
  • Track and monitor project compliance with established standards, providing guidance and support
  • Support transitions and knowledge transfers, including timelines, roles, access rights, and documentation
  • Stabilize the transfer at the Center
  • Own the visitor management process at the AGS WAW center, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring visitor protocols are followed
  • Prepare reports for both global and local centers
  • Organize townhalls and presentations for the boardroom meetings / ELT visits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Present updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
