Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met in all aspects of Encompass product support and implementation
  • Handle and manage customer requests for changes to their Encompass maps, including labels and floorplan modifications
  • Assist as a secondary trainer, covering training sessions that the primary trainer cannot attend
  • Lead vendor teams on-site during new installations and refreshes, ensuring successful deployment and customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose and resolve Wi-Fi connectivity issues, including signal strength assessment, interference identification, and network configuration adjustments
