Requirements

Candidates must possess a proven track record in medical economics with deep expertise in healthcare analytics, value-based care contract management, risk adjustment, network optimization, and cost management. Extensive hands-on experience with systems enabling value-based care operations, demonstrated ability to create effective training materials, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and exceptional project management abilities are required. Previous experience with Arcadia solutions or consulting with providers and/or payers on leveraging data for value-based care programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Training and Enablement will serve as an expert resource for medical economics workflows critical to value-based care operations. Responsibilities include partnering with product, development, and data analytics teams to provide customer perspectives for product enhancements, contributing to the development and delivery of training programs focused on risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting, and actively participating in certification programs. The role also involves identifying training gaps, designing impactful programs for medical economics professionals, and collaborating with engineering, support, and professional services teams to influence training content based on customer needs.
