Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role, such as management consulting or investment banking, with a preference for 1+ year at a high-growth startup in strategy, operations, finance, workforce planning, or clinical operations. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with Looker experience being a plus. Responsibilities

The Manager, Practice Operations will own and optimize core operational processes supporting frontline teams, and lead high-impact analyses in workforce planning, performance management, and cost of care to drive data-backed improvements. This role involves establishing and monitoring key business metrics, identifying trends, performing ad hoc data analyses, and proposing solutions. Responsibilities also include creating memos with insights and recommendations for stakeholders and partnering with Clinical, Data, and Care Delivery leadership on cross-functional projects.
