Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition execution and retention efforts – assist in day-to-day execution of acquisition initiatives and contribute to strategies enhancing customer retention
  • Contribute to growth strategy development and retention tracking – collaborate on ideation and refinement of growth strategies, including design and monitoring of retention metrics and performance indicators
  • Assist in retention tactic implementation – provide operational support for rollouts and management of retention-focused tactics across relevant channels
  • Partner on leadership and pharmacy growth communications – co-develop presentation materials and visual content for leadership updates and pharmacy growth initiatives
  • Partner with the Director to execute a plan designed to drive acquisition, retention, and readiness across multiple business units
  • Drive innovative thinking by building and implementing a wide variety of approaches for a multi-faceted retention strategy, including modern technology and innovative processes
  • Partner across departments in the Enterprise to support execution of project plans
  • Lead and participate in meetings/calls with corporate partners and retail executives
  • Follow up on initiatives and KPI performance
