The Manager of People Operations will evaluate and implement an HRIS, clean up employee data, and ensure legal compliance across all employment jurisdictions. Responsibilities include bringing payroll in-house, overseeing benefits administration and open enrollment, managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, auditing and managing external People vendors, and supporting People team initiatives.
