As Manager, Partner Development, the individual will lead contract negotiations and deal structuring, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution, define and track KPIs to evaluate partnership performance, develop and implement go-to-market strategies, manage and mentor a team of partner development professionals, and execute partner programs, marketing initiatives, enablement efforts, and cross-selling strategies to drive partner participation and long-term success.
