Demonstrated success in applying psychometric methods and statistical modeling to inform organizational decisions, experience leading small teams, and managing cross-functional projects are preferred. Proficiency with survey platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia, advanced statistical/programming skills in R and SQL, and familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance regulations are essential. Experience with data visualization tools such as Visier is a plus, as are project management certifications.
The Manager of Survey & Assessment will own the design, governance, and execution of the enterprise listening survey program, partnering with senior leaders and HRBPs to ensure surveys address business priorities and drive measurable action. They will establish consistent standards for survey administration, analysis, and action planning. This role also involves owning the enterprise strategy for selection and development assessments, including vendor selection, validation, and ongoing governance, ensuring assessments are fair, legally compliant, and psychometrically sound. Responsibilities include integrating assessments into hiring, promotion, and development processes, applying advanced statistical methods to extract actionable insights, and translating results into clear recommendations for senior leadership. The manager will also build dashboards and visualizations to connect measurement data to business outcomes, lead and coach a small team, set priorities, manage workloads, and build strong partnerships with various HR functions and senior leaders to embed insights into decision-making. Additionally, they will stay current on best practices, monitor program effectiveness, and explore emerging tools and methods to strengthen the enterprise measurement portfolio.
