Responsibilities
Partner with Project Management leadership to prioritize and empower team to deliver end-to-end solutions (Delivery Management, 40%)
Manage resource staffing and planning for successful customer onboarding
Ensure all solution deliverables are completed before project handover to the support team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track escalation processes for successful project delivery
Ensure team is well-trained and knowledgeable in all relevant technologies (Leadership and People Management, 30%)
Communicate leadership vision and strategy, helping team connect company strategy to their roles
Handle general management responsibilities including hiring, performance management, reviews, and individual development
Monitor team performance against Entrust standards and goals
Act as a Solution Subject Matter Expert to train, mentor, and support team (Product Knowledge/Standardization, 30%)
Stay current with Entrust product technologies through relevant training programs
Identify and recommend solution improvements to enhance customer experience and onboarding time
Lead process, system, and documentation improvements across internal functions to drive efficiency, standardization, and customer satisfaction
Lead a global team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Entrust's Digital Issuance Solution
Act as trusted technical advisors for customers onboarding to Identity as a Service (IDaaS)/Cloud Digital platform
Be involved in the entire customer onboarding lifecycle, from initial implementation to go-live and ongoing support
Serve as the interface between Entrust and customers, leveraging IT, software development, security, and business skills to implement tailored solutions
Partner with sales/pre-sales to assess customer requirements and provide feedback to R&D and product management for continuous improvement and standardization
