Requirements

  • Ability to work with internal team members, peer and higher-level customers, and external service providers
  • Experience interacting with local (site) Business Process Owners, Global MS&T, Global IT, Cell Therapy Network subject matter experts, MSEO Operations support, Site IT, and boundary systems resources
  • Knowledge of system governance procedures, solution intake and design, delivery, operational support, continuous improvement, change management, and lifecycle management for MES and associated boundary systems
  • Availability for Monday - Friday, Hybrid Day Shift, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful implementation and operation of Process Automation systems integrated with EMES
  • Work on and contribute to the Summit Cell Therapy Facility Automation Systems (Process automation), data collection (OSI PI), and analytics deliverables
  • Partner with Manufacturing Operations & IT colleagues (Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, Site Engineering), Enterprise teams (Global MS&T, Enterprise MES), Enterprise Business teams, and local system Digital Capability Managers to deliver requirements for the Summit Cell therapy facility
  • Deliver requirements for Process Automation Systems (DeltaV) EMES infrastructure and Unit operations within the Process automation system
  • Address integration needs with the Manufacturing Execution System (Syncade) & Data Historian (OSI PI)
  • Help set PAS priorities for the Summit CTF and work on the delivery of these priorities
  • Work with technical teams to develop requirements, code, test deliverables, and drive execution of system testing at the site level
  • Network and collaborate with other cell therapy PAS members to proactively identify issues with cell therapy-based requirements and drive resolutions
  • Work with enterprise PAS team and SMEs to develop PAS standards, philosophy, design approach, and SOPs for Summit CTF
  • Drive and support the resolution of critical PAS issues
  • Provide technical direction and expertise across Site teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Shared Services, etc.) to support and improve capacity, quality, and cost or to establish root cause
  • Work closely with end users/process owners
