Requirements

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will lead and mentor maintenance technicians, manage schedules, and cultivate a culture of safety and continuous improvement. They will develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for AGVs, Fanuc robots, and other assembly line equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to minimize downtime is a key responsibility. Additionally, the manager will analyze maintenance data to enhance equipment reliability and support lean manufacturing initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining comprehensive maintenance documentation.
