Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement creative solutions are essential, along with the capacity to deliver projects to scope, schedule, and budget.
The Layout Engineering Program Manager will develop and manage project charters, baseline metrics, and data collection plans, ensuring successful planning, development, execution, and post-implementation of automation solutions. They will facilitate issue resolution, identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency, lead weekly cross-functional meetings, provide regular updates to stakeholders, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure timely execution of approved engineering changes. Furthermore, they will offer ongoing support to installation teams, document best practices, and foster a culture of transparency and collaboration.
