Responsibilities

  • Lead the evaluation, analysis, and planning of technology, process, and related business needs
  • Conduct use case analysis, functional design specification, process mapping, testing, and validation of business technology solutions
  • Act as lead business analyst for assigned business groups or IT domains, participating in evaluation and feasibility analysis for new or updated systems/applications
  • Orchestrate allocation and coordination of IT resources to ensure project timelines and business goals are met
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess solution effectiveness, monitor operations for optimization, and lead continuous improvement efforts
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external IT resources to support assigned projects
  • Support and model a culture of high-performance, data-driven decision-making, value-driven prioritization, quality governance, and compliance
  • Serve as strategic technology partner to PDM Technical Development (Process Development) business capability
  • Work with business colleagues to align technology direction with business goals and define relevant, effective solutions
  • Mature existing systems and services to drive business value
  • Responsible for ideation, planning, and development of technology solutions
