The Manager, Inside Sales will lead a team of Account Executives in the US and drive expansion in LATAM, focusing on driving team performance, developing action plans, and co-selling strategically. They will execute the GTM strategy for acquiring new creators, actively participate in large prospects, guide proposal preparation, and participate in pitch presentations and negotiations. The role also involves reporting on team success and challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, hiring and managing team performance, and coaching on procedure, technique, and pipeline management.
