Requirements

  • Develop understanding of Adobe's Digital Media line of products and lead with value-led conversations with customers for these solutions
  • Ability to create a value-based relationship with new & existing Adobe SMB customers
  • Skills to drive up-sell & cross-sell by prioritizing accounts with highest propensity to buy, defining ideal customer profile, and contacting via phones & emails
  • Capability to execute Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to maximize revenue
  • Proficiency in researching customer contracts and purchasing history in Adobe's customer management systems & external sources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to identify expansion opportunities
  • Experience managing opportunity pipeline week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to management
  • Ability to collaborate with Solution Specialists to maximize footprint of Adobe Solutions

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a defined patch of Adobe’s SMB customers, pivoted around upselling and cross-selling Adobe Cloud based Solutions, specifically the Digital Media portfolio
  • Help customers adopt the solution with ease, optimize their product experience, and guide them to internal support teams if needed
  • Develop understanding of Adobe's Digital Media products and lead value-led conversations
  • Create value-based relationships with new & existing SMB customers
  • Drive up-sell & cross-sell by prioritizing high-propensity accounts and engaging via phone/email
  • Execute Marketing Qualified Leads per defined SLA to maximize revenue
  • Research customer data in internal systems and external sources to identify expansion opportunities
  • Manage opportunity pipeline with weekly updates to management
