Responsibilities

  • Lead the team by coaching, mentoring, and motivating with high EQ to become a trusted leader
  • Act as a great teammate, collaborating with other teams for success
  • Drive highest level of performance while role modeling and instilling Adobe values
  • Build knowledge of Adobe products and services – their features, benefits, prices, and additional services
  • Develop ways to coach the team to identify customer needs and pitch relevant product benefits to complete sales
  • Work with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business units, and Corporate Retention teams to source sales or retention campaigns and marketing leads
  • Analyze business goals, customer & agent data, and daily reports to find areas of continuous improvement
  • Lead a set of sellers and be accountable for exceeding defined sales goals and critical metrics across North Americas territory
