Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in implementation management, ideally within a similar industry. A proven history of successfully managing complex implementation projects is essential, along with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and analytical skills are required, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management tools, experience with change management and stakeholder engagement, a solid understanding of budgeting and resource allocation, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also necessary. In-depth knowledge of industry-specific implementation processes and technologies is expected, along with a willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Implementation will lead and oversee the implementation of products and services, ensuring a seamless client transition and optimal outcomes. This includes developing and executing comprehensive implementation strategies, managing multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction, and leading/mentoring a team of implementation specialists. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying and mitigating risks, building strong client relationships, analyzing project metrics for continuous improvement, and presenting status reports to senior management. Adherence to budget constraints and resource allocation plans is also a key responsibility, as is staying current with industry trends and best practices in implementation.
