The Manager, Implementation, reporting to the Director, Implementation, will provide functional and strategic leadership to a team of Implementation Managers. This role supports direct, resold, and payer customers, creating excellent first impressions and ensuring customer success. The position involves cross-functional collaboration and requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes strategic decisions, and is willing to engage with details.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Operations & Support:
    • Oversee a team of Implementation Managers and their onboarding requirements.
    • Act as a leader and advocate for the development of the Implementation Managers.
    • Serve as a point of escalation and additional support for onboarding customers.
    • Ensure alignment with and achievement of defined team KPIs and effective KPI reporting to leadership.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Attend and support customer engagements throughout the onboarding process, including project kickoffs, implementation workshops, and 1:1 customer leadership touchpoints.
    • Lead and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
    • Act as a thought leader on best practices for implementing new products/services within Spring Health’s systems.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously define and deploy implementation strategies that deliver effective, efficient, and consultative support aligned with department business goals.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement scalable, automated processes and features for long-term operational efficiency.
    • Oversee customer non-standard requirements, including intake, resource alignment, and process maturation.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Customer Satisfaction: Consistently high customer implementation satisfaction scores.
  • On-Time Launches: Customer onboardings (internal configurations, eligibility files, SSO, etc.) launch on-time.
