Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strategic HR expertise, demonstrating the ability to align people strategies with business objectives in a fast-paced environment, and experience leading and developing HR Business Partners or HR teams. Strong executive partnership skills, including the ability to influence and advise senior leaders on organizational design, performance, and talent decisions, are essential, along with proficiency in change management, coaching and development, data-informed decision-making, conflict resolution and employee relations, and a commitment to inclusion and culture-building.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, HR Business Partner, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, partnering closely with senior leaders across the company to align our people strategy with business goals. You will influence and advise senior leaders on org design, performance, and talent decisions, guide teams through growth and transformation, and drive real business outcomes through people. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching leaders and employees in their growth and development, utilizing data insights to shape strategy and measure impact, navigating complex employee situations with fairness and sound judgment, and fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
