Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably within a technology company, with strong experience partnering with leadership teams to align HR goals with organizational goals. They should possess experience working with global organizations across the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, and demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business goals. Exceptional full-cycle HR knowledge and experience, coupled with proven ability to design and implement people practices that drive engagement and performance, are required, along with experience working remotely.

Responsibilities

As a People Partner, the individual will act as a strategic consultant to management on all things related to HR, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development, in partnership with the Global People Partner. They will participate in performance management and employee development programs, implement strategies to retain and develop top talent, and serve as a contact for employee relations issues. The role involves championing DEI initiatives, utilizing HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making, and providing guidance on change management strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support organizational changes.
