Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of relevant finance experience, with FP&A experience being a plus, and 3+ years of experience building and/or operating a revenue FP&A function. They should have the ability to operate at all levels while maintaining a strategic perspective, alongside the capacity to be hands-on when necessary, and experience managing and motivating employees while fostering their growth and development. Strong experience is required in influencing executive-level decision-makers and presenting to diverse audiences with varying levels of financial literacy, along with familiarity with US GAAP accounting principles and accrual accounting, full P&L management, and proficiency in various revenue accounting scenarios.

Responsibilities

This role involves partnering closely with executive leadership, including the CFO, CMO, and CCO, to drive revenue strategy and decision-making, leading monthly/quarterly/annual revenue reporting processes, owning internal messaging on revenue performance, and standardizing revenue reporting hierarchies. The Manager will oversee the continued development and expansion of the revenue forecasting model, manage the rollout of forecasting within a tool, and deepen insights for key business partners. They will also partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports for streamlined forecasting and reporting, contribute to system enhancements, and collaborate with revenue accounting to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting. Furthermore, the role entails evolving membership revenue forecasting models and understanding membership dynamics.
