Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a degree or diploma in any field and have 3-5 years of extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing. Experience in 3PL logistics business development, particularly in fulfilment and warehousing, is required. A proven track record of managing and growing a customer portfolio aligned with targets is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strategic, innovative, and creative thinking with strong business acumen, along with a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is necessary, as well as fluency in English.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Fulfilment will drive topline growth based on internal and external leads aligned with fulfilment sales targets. They will engage with clients to understand fulfilment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions. The role involves planning and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs targeted at existing and new customers. The manager will conduct complex commercial negotiations with clients, prepare and review presentations, and work closely with the legal team on contract negotiations. They will provide sales activity updates for management review and gain market insights to penetrate new fulfilment business opportunities.
