Responsibilities

As the Director of Distribution, the individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of the distribution strategy and execution through a 3PL partner, managing the day-to-day relationship with the 3PL, overseeing fulfillment operations across all outbound channels, supporting new product launches and seasonal peaks, managing outbound shipping strategy and execution, ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, leading contract negotiations, and driving continuous improvement in outbound freight and fulfillment operations. They will also be responsible for overseeing returns processing, monitoring carrier performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to align logistics operations with brand and customer experience standards.
