The Manager of BWW GO Field Marketing is responsible for leading the execution of local marketing strategies and processes that drive successful new GO openings and support sustained growth across existing locations. This role serves as the primary local marketing expert, guiding franchisees through onboarding, local plans, activations, tools, resources, and community engagement to ensure strong awareness for new locations and continuous sales momentum. The position requires building strong, trust-based relationships with multi-unit franchisees in a fast-paced, remote environment with travel requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, training, brand, analytics, and national field programs is crucial for alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives supporting the GO brand. Beyond execution, this role demands a visionary and proactive approach to identifying marketing needs, implementing effective solutions, and continuously seeking opportunities to grow sales and transactions within brand standards. Field insights will be leveraged to inform continuous improvements to programs, tools, and strategies for enhanced local relevance and long-term performance.
