Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of events and field marketing managers
  • Oversee the team's execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events
  • Partner with the Field Sales Director to design and launch a regional field marketing program
  • Develop and execute localized marketing activations to attract prospects
  • Own the Boulevard Collective events - a new series of customer dinners and local meetups
  • Hire, onboard, and manage field marketing managers to partner with local sales teams
  • Establish KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to measure field marketing program success and business impact
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales on regionalized programs and deliverables
  • Work with industry partners to identify regional event opportunities for co-marketing activities
  • Manage budget, resources, and vendors to ensure successful program execution
