Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of BCP North America’s Customer Machine Demonstration and Training Centers (Clayton, Sanford, Athens), prioritizing safety, compliance, and supporting sales growth
  • Design and deliver impactful demonstration experiences, generate and host customer events, create training programs that showcase product value, influence purchasing decisions, and strengthen customer and dealer relationships
  • Ensure every engagement drives measurable commercial outcomes through upselling opportunities, supporting dealer enablement, enhancing customer retention strategies, and aligning with broader business growth objectives
  • Manage a team that fields incoming requests and schedules dealer and customer visits to company facilities, ensuring all activities comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate team and equipment required to deliver dealer and customer visit requests while maintaining safety and compliance standards
  • Lead vendor selection and management to ensure global brand standards and compliance obligations are achieved across a wide variety of experiences
  • Collaborate with customer-facing facilities to share best practices, find design and execution efficiencies, and create seamless brand engagements across experiences, while adhering to legal, ethical, and corporate compliance guidelines
  • Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports
