Candidates should possess at least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years managing high-performing B2B sales teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. They should demonstrate success managing mid-market or enterprise sales teams with quota-carrying representatives, along with strong CRM and sales operations hygiene, including organization and data-driven approaches.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on penetrating and expanding within large dental group practices. You will drive performance management, coaching, and day-to-day execution to ensure the team consistently meets sales KPIs and revenue targets, collaborating with executive stakeholders to refine the enterprise sales process and segmentation strategy. Furthermore, you will partner with the Enterprise Sales Director to ensure aligned account coverage, identify process gaps and enablement needs, and serve as a player-coach when necessary, analyzing pipeline, forecasting accurately, and reporting on team performance using Salesforce.
