Experience selling to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles is required, along with technical savvy to conduct product demonstrations. Experience at early-stage growth startups is preferred, and selling a SaaS CRM solution is a bonus.
The Enterprise Account Executive will work with the sales leadership team to define and execute quarterly and annual sales goals. They will consistently meet sales quotas and drive the sales process forward while acquiring new clients through the full sales lifecycle. The role involves delivering the value proposition, representing Kustomer as a thought leader, understanding the competitive market, attending industry events, and coordinating with the customer experience team for client onboarding.
